On May 4th we dance to the wonderful music of Tara Thurau at the candlelit 18th Street Lounge Milonga.

Schedule:

Beginner class with Masha & Aja: 8 PM - 9 PM (pre-registration closed but experienced drop-ins permitted)
Milonga: 9 PM - midnight

We’re ALSO happy to announce that we are about to start a brand new Complete Beginner Series on Thursday nights (so if you didn’t get a spot in the previous session now is your chance to grab a spot before this one sells out), ALONG WITH a brand new Advanced Beginner Series, also on Thursday nights. Anyone registered for the Advanced Beginner Series is invited to take/repeat the Beginner Series for free. Register for the Thursday night classes HERE.

Sundays in Annapolis:

Práctica held every Sunday from 3 - 5:30 PM. DJ may vary. When Aja is in Annapolis she’s available for help during the Práctica.

Occasional breaks DO take place. Always confirm the schedule on this page!

Practica Cost: $10 or $5 if you have taken one of the classes prior to the practica. Cash or venmo. Please note that we have a new procedure for the Práctica. All participants must sign in (write their name on the clipboard sign in sheet) after making their contribution. Thank you so much!

About Sridhar…

Sridhar has been dancing tango since 1999 and has taught and DJed at various venues through the years. The main influences in his tango education are Susana Miller, Carlos Gavito, Brigitta Winkler, Julio Balmaceda and countless partners around the world. Tango remains the master in his instructions and the techniques are improvised to achieve a gentle embrace and stillness in motion where the music can be experienced and expressed with least intrusion to attain a meditative state of mind.
